|Make sure you squeeze your glutes throughout this exercise for optimal results!
1. Place the band just above your knees.
2. Lie on your back with your hands at your sides, knees bent and feet flat and shoulder-width apart
3. Squeeze your glutes and abs, lift your hips so they are in line with your back.
|Wash by hand, not machine.
1. Rinse with water, use mild soap if needed.
2. Do not twist.
Simply roll like a yoga mat, squeeze excess water and let air dry.
