For a great reason, the PowHERband's Glute Band has gotten a reputation for being the ultimate tool to work your booty both on and off the trampoline! The glute bands create resistance and tension for your muscles to work against. Studies shows that training using resistance bands provide similar strength gains to using conventional gym equipment.
These bands will rapidly activate your glutes and engage your hips through an array of lower body exercises. The goal is to stimulate legs, glutes and hip complex to give the thigh and butt a more robust and sexy physique by creating a muscular, yet rounded shape.

How do you activate your glutes with bands? 

Make sure you squeeze your glutes throughout this exercise for optimal results!

  1. Place the band just above your knees.
  2. Lie on your back with your hands at your sides, knees bent and feet flat and shoulder-width apart.
  3. Squeeze your glutes and abs, lift your hips so they are in line with your back.
Caring for your Glute Bands:
Wash by hand, not machine. Rinse with water. Use mild soap if needed. Do not twist. Simply roll like a yoga mat, squeeze excess water and let air dry.
