How do I adjust the cords on my 300 or 500 series?
Turn your trampoline upside down so the logo is facing the ground and the legs are pointed towards the ceiling. Find the end of a cord with the knot in it. Pinching the knot, pull the cord toward the center of the trampoline until it is thinner like a stretched rubber band. Once stretched, move in and out of the plastic connector to adjust the knot up or down. Alternate patterns for different knot counts and models.

Which trampoline holds the highest weight capacity?
Any of our PRO series trampolines will be ideal for any users up to 300 lbs.

Do I really need a handle bar?
The handle bar offers additional stability for new users or those recovering from injury. It is also ideal for off- unit exercises like stretches or using barre method. The handle bar is also strong enough for seated pull ups or a brace when doing back stretches. It can easily become part of your routine on the trampoline.

How high is the trampoline off the ground?
All our models are 12 inches high from the ground

Can I use this outdoors?
Our models are light enough to be portable and can be used indoors or outdoors. We do not recommend leaving the trampolines outdoors on a regular basis; bring inside when you’re done with your workout. This protects the mat and cords from the elements.

The part I need is not online. How do I find what I need?
For parts not shown online, please call us at 888.567.5867. We carry replacement jumping mats, replacement elastic cords, or leg and frame parts if needed.

What is the diameter of the jumping space?
For non-petal trampolines, the skirt extends to 32.5” while the jumping area is 25 inches. For padded petal mats, the skirt diameter is 35.5” while the jumping mat area is 25 inches. However, the padded petal can be jumped on for wider stance movements like jumping jacks.

How long is installation?
Installation is quick and easy! The legs can be screwed on with a wrench in less than 10 minutes. For folding units, installation is even simpler by tightening the legs by hand. The jumping mat and elastic cords come pre-installed.
