Holiday Shipping

UPS/FedEx shipments, December 15th is the last day to order for possible Christmas delivery

Freight shipments (backyard product), December 11th is the last day to order for possible Christmas delivery.

  • I haven’t received tracking information. Our staff is doing their best to ensure accurate tracking information is provided to all customers. Please allow for 3-5 Business Days to receive tracking information. At that point, if you still haven’t received tracking information, please contact us.
  • I haven’t received my order. Due to increased order volume and reduced shipping staff, orders may be delayed from what is shown in the chart at map below. 
  • I only received part of my order. As many of our backyard trampolines arrive in multiple boxes, UPS has been splitting shipments up and prioritizing medical supplies, food deliveries, and smaller boxes. We are seeing unusual and significant delays on the larger boxes and are working diligently with UPS to find the best way to fulfill your order. When you contact us about a missing box, we will begin an investigation with UPS which can require up to 8 business days to complete. Thank you in advance for your patience.
