We thank you for purchasing from JumpSport.com!
We know how anxious you are to receive your
purchase, which is why we've provided different
ways for you to obtain information about
order processing, shipment and tracking.
Once you've completed your purchase, you will
receive an order confirmation email from JumpSport.com
with a summary and order confirmation number.
All currently In-Stock items are
shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Your products
usually arrive at your doorstep in approximately
5 business days, but could take up to 10 business days.
Most orders are shipped in multiple boxes and
may not all be delivered on the same day. We ship
from our warehouses in Virginia and California.
All items ship via UPS, except for our DoubleBed Systems and Rectangular Trampolines. All customers who have items shipping via UPS will receive an email(s) with tracking information directly from UPS, as soon as your items ship.
If you ordered a DoubleBed or Rectangular Trampoline, your order will be shipping via a freight company.
You will receive a call from the freight company prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
It may take up to 10 business days before you receive a call.
